A Florida native, Naomi Hopper gained a Bachelor of Business Administration before moving to Sydney Australia to study at Hillsong Leadership College. Since then, Naomi has gained 20 years of administration and event organisation expertise in corporates, NFP organisations and churches.

 

These events have included everything from business conferences on a cruise ship, to coaching retreats in Thailand, luncheons in Sydney, London, New York and Los Angeles, countless seminars in every major Australia capital city and gathering a delegation of Christian leaders from across the Pacific Islands to lobby at Parliament House in Canberra.​ Other clients include national coaching programs, international leadership networks as well as variety of small businesses.

Naomi has a reputation as a highly competent organiser, combined with a calm and kind nature. POMAA was founded in 2023 as a way to serve a variety of purpose-driven organisations aligned with her values.
